The fishing camp at Sarnes was founded by the Karlsen family in 2001. The family, which has a long history in the local tourist industry, continues to own the complex. 

However, in 2015 the day-to- day management of Sarnes Rorbuer was taken over by Piotr / Peter Jastrzebski. Peter is an experienced fishing guide, so he also knows exactly where to find the best fishing spots. Since 2014 he has owned the company Best Fishing-Nordkapp, which provides guided fishing trips for amateurs and professionals around Magerøya Island. You can communicate with Peter in Norwegian, English, German and Polish. However, he always supports the golden fishing rule – catch and release!
